As a University of Maryland alumna with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics and Business, she is an avid sports fan, particularly of football, basketball, golf, and lacrosse. Outside of her professional life, Row enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and three sons. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.
