Rowena was a fantastic realtor! As an agent, she was and is extremely knowledgeable of the market, her field as a real estate agent, and of our particular house while we were going through the house sale process. As first time home sellers, my wife and I had many questions about the process and we were probably pretty needy, but Rowena always displayed the utmost patience with us, and she used every opportunity to educate us and put us at ease. Whether it was a question about a process or a particular section on a form, no question was too small. Being long distance sellers (we live in NC and our house was in MD), Rowena was helpful in so many ways, including using her extensive Rolodex to help us out by referring us to contractors who she recommended. Honestly, we could not have gotten our house sold as quickly as we did if it were not for her. She recommended at least four contractors who we ended up hiring to get work done and it was her relationship with these individuals that heavily influenced them to prioritize our job above someone else’s job. It’s no wonder in my mind why she is a top producer with Coldwell Banker. She has the drive, personality, and market and real estate knowledge of a seasoned professional! If you are considering working with her, do not hesitate!! Definitely do it! You will be very pleased with your decision to do so! I give her my strongest recommendation!

Rowena was amazing, brought attention to every detail, and guided us in making wise decisions towards the sale of our home. She was so pleasant to work with, explained every step that prepared us well beyond a seamless transaction. Most impressive about our experience with Rowena de Leon was that the listing, contracting work, and closing of our home was done while we were in a different time zone on an island 4,000″+ miles away! She coordinated EVERYTHING with such professionalism precision, and the perfect dose of personality. Between the remote closing with virtual notary and attorney, our FaceTime tours and updates of contracting work, we were so confident that we chose the best realtor. Rowena’s vast knowledge and years of experience made my home selling process smooth and seamless. She laid out a timeline from the beginning to guide the process and provided support all along the way. Just days before closing, a water leak caused by condo units above was discovered. Rowena’s calm and steady hand helped to make an otherwise stressful situation easier. She has all the qualities and more that you look for in a real estate agent. I worked with Rowena on a Corporate relocation to Bethesda Md. Her knowledge about the local communities, prices, and schools was unparalleled. Since she has been a lifelong resident of the areas her connections were invaluable. She was able to connect us with multiple parents who’s children attended the schools we were considering so we could speak with them and understand all the pros and cons to ensure my family and children would be in an environment where they could succeed and more importantly be happy. She was always available, prompt and efficient. She held our hands throughout ever step of the process and made sure every detail was covered. Working with Rowena DeLeon has been a pleasure! From the moment we started the process to closing the deal, it was seamless. She laid out the process and gave me a list to follow – checking in on me along the way. We were able to prep our home and received the payment of the sale in about 2 months time. Not only was she able to get the back-end items accomplished, she was OUR representative and invested in getting to know each potential buyer. Rowena was amazing. She was forthright and honest about the condition of the rental property I needed to sell and the fixes I needed to make to get it ready for sale. As an out-of-town owner, she was an amazing resource and help in finding contractors to make repairs and do installations. She provided great advice and education when evaluating the offers and was on top of all the details through closing. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t pick any agent other than Rowena.
